To ensure the safety of all staff and clients, the Libbie Young Centre has implemented thorough daily cleaning protocols and screening procedures. During the pandemic, clients will be temperature checked daily and monitored for symptoms of illness. All staff are required to complete a Fit-For-Work Assessment prior to attending shifts or entering the office. As a facility, we are at higher risk for contracting and sharing illnesses; therefore, the Libbie Young Centre is asking for all eligible clients to be tested for COVID-19 prior to moving into the facility. LYC will assist referral sources setting up testing and with any additional steps required dependent on the results.
